SINGAPORE RETURNS

Can I get a refund?

• We only provide refunds for international orders or if there is a fault in the garment. This policy is non-negotiable.
• Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
• Full priced items can be returned for a Credit Voucher or exchange.
• The Credit Voucher code is equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item and valid for a year after being issued.
• Sale items can only be returned for an exchange.

How do I return my item?

1. You have 14 days to lodge and return your order. The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
2. Pack the item(s) in a parcel 
3. Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to:
   Sans Faff, 6 Cornwall Gardens, 269635, Singapore

It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

For returns due to sizing issues or exchanges, customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs, including both the return shipment and delivery of the exchanged item. A $10 fee for the return label and postage will be charged to the customer.

Can I get a refund?

• You have 14 days to notify info@sansfaff.com and return your item(s) for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within three days upon receiving your return. 
• The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your refund will be rejected. 
• Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

How do I return my order?

1. For international orders we provide free shipping but returns will be at the expense of the customer. 
2. Pack the item(s) in a parcel and send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to: Sans Faff, 6 Cornwall Gardens, 269635, Singapore
3. For all US based returns we can provide you with a DHL return label and $35USD will be deducted from your full refund.
