We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g SF2000)
For International purchases you have 30 days to notify email@example.com and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package.
Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Credit Voucher code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item
This voucher code is redeemable for 1 year after issue on the E-Boutique
Delivery fees and duties, if any, won't be refunded
We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders unless there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non- negotiable.
How do I return my order?
Mail it back to us:
Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to: Sans Faff, The Altez, 16 Enggor St, 62-08, 079717
Your return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection.
A Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel. **It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
