RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I get a refund?

  • A Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
  • We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders unless there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. This policy is non-negotiable.
  • Can I return my order?

    • We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number (e.g SF2000)
    • For International purchases you have 30 days to notify info@sansfaff.com
      and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package.
    • Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact!
    • After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a Credit Voucher code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item
    • This voucher code is redeemable for 1 year after issue on the E-Boutique
    • Delivery fees and duties, if any, won't be refunded

    How do I return my order?

    Mail it back to us:

    1. Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel.
    2. Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to:

    3. Your return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection.
    4. A Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
      **It’s important that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we'll not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
